By using Nomo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using Nomo

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nomo
• You're responsible for the content you paste or upload (videos, links, images) and for having the right to use it
• You agree not to misuse the app — no scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt the service
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

Content & itineraries

• Trips and itineraries you create are yours — you can edit, export, or delete them at any time
• Itineraries are AI-generated from content you provide and third-party data (e.g. maps, weather); we can't guarantee complete accuracy, so always double-check details like opening hours, prices, and travel requirements before you rely on them
• If you share a trip link, anyone with that link can view the shared trip

Third-party services

Nomo relies on third-party services (e.g. Supabase, AI providers, mapping and calendar APIs) to function. We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.

Availability & changes

Nomo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms — continued use of the app means you accept the current version.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Nomo and delete your account at any time.
